Pride in Health Conference

The Queer & Trans Graduate Student Group and the Centre for Human Rights Research at the University of Manitoba is hosting Pride in Health this October. The conference will take place on October 24th and 25th in ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV, Manitoba at the University of Manitoba.

is an international, intersectional research conference on 2SLGBTQIA+ health and healthcare. We will have oral and poster presentations from students, early career researchers, and community-based researchers, as well as 2SLGBTQIA+ artwork. There will be virtual attendance and presentation options available for those who are unable to travel for the conference.

Sexual Violence Response Team (SRVT)

The Sexual Violence Response Team is a small group of senior staff who coordinate accommodations and resources for students who have experienced sexual violence. They can be reached at 204-230-6660 (call or text) or at svrt@uwinnipeg.ca 

Available during University business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm).
